At Uncle Joe's Brick Oven Pizza, we make pizza the way we believe it should be made... brick oven, thin crust, with the kind of crisp and slight char that people who know pizza actually look for. Our Hoboken-inspired Italian deli sandwiches bring something this area hasn't had before... the Frank Sinatra loaded with four meats and cherry peppers, the fig and prosciutto with balsamic glaze, and our famous Hoboken combo that's half calzone, half pizza with garlic knots and vodka sauce. We make real garlic knots here... the kind you knot and bake from scratch, not the imitation rolls most places try to pass off. As Andrew N. shared, "Hands down some of the best pizza in the area. This is the kind of pizza perfection you normally only find in Brooklyn." Our customers have been working through the entire menu and telling us they haven't found a miss yet, and our catering has earned compliments at every party we've delivered to.
